Had very nice stay as a business trip. The hotel was set in a central area near the well manicured front lawned gardens, the town centre and esplanade and a gem for anyone interested in the Victorian heyday 

My stay was very good with excellant service and friendly stuff. Loved the room with a garden view, my bed was large.

The staff are incredibly polite and caring.

This place is immaculately clean and designed in a luxurious royal style, offering all essential amenities and a cozy bed, set in beautiful gardens just a short stroll from the Longshoreman's Museum.

All you need for a wedding ceremony in Ventnor. The breakfast is hearty and good hot with a huge variety of food. The setting is incredible and magnificent, close enough to the south coast, excellent Botanic Gardens and a short drive to all of the 

Cold buffet breakfast was delicious and absolutely superb with the eggs benedict sauce. The units were new-fashioned and the staff were very courteous people who attend to every request.

The staff here are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, near the restaurant. The staff were amazing friendly and kept the place clean.

Especially helpful staff in the whole hotel. Well decorated room with garden view and hearty breakfast. Breakfast with different menus and the eggs benedict sauce, as example.
